Trust infrastructure is the unfinished business of emerging markets. Banking, payments, logistics, and commerce have all been digitized. But the deeper layer — who to trust, what to believe, which decision to make — remains broken.
AI is making that gap worse. It is also the tool to close it.
VPSD exists to build the AI-native products that close that gap, starting in Vietnam and Southeast Asia, eventually wherever the same pattern repeats.
Information is fragmented.
Decisions about money, work, family, and life are still made on Zalo screenshots, Facebook posts, and word-of-mouth. There is no formal layer underneath.
Behavior is mobile-first and chat-first.
People do not want another dashboard. They want answers in the channels they already use.
AI is unevenly distributed.
Generic AI does not understand Vietnamese legal contracts, Southeast Asian franchise markets, or the social fabric of family decisions. We build the products that do.
How the studio works.

Identify
We focus on customer arenas — broad domains of life where the same person has many high-trust problems over time. Family administration, small business credibility, cross-border work, neighborhood intelligence. Within each arena, we look for the most painful, most frequent, most monetizable wedge.

Launch
Every product starts as an AI-native agent or workflow. The first version usually lives in chat, on a web page, or inside a community. We run small experiments, take real money from real users, and decide quickly what deserves more investment.

Monetize
We charge for outcomes from day one — a report, a verified profile, a successful match, a completed workflow. No free tiers we cannot afford. If a product cannot make money in its first form, it has not earned a second.

Compound
Winners share infrastructure with the rest of the portfolio: identity, trust signals, verification workflows, agent components. Some stay inside the studio as branded products. Some spin out as independent companies with VPSD retaining equity.

VPSD is led by a founder who spent the last decade inside Vietnam's startup ecosystem — first as delivery leadership for European venture-backed platforms, then as account owner for a large share of Vietnam's leading startups at Amazon Web Services. Roughly 100 companies, hands-on, from prototype to scale.
