VPSD Technology (“VPSD”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) is a digital venture governance studio headquartered in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. We operate this website at vpsd.tech and use it as our primary point of contact for prospective clients and platform partners.

We collect information you provide directly to us:

• Contact form submissions — your name, organisation, email address, inquiry type, and the message content you provide.
• Email correspondence — any information you share when communicating with us at hello@vpsd.tech.

We do not use cookies for tracking or advertising. We do not deploy third-party analytics scripts. Standard server access logs (IP address, browser type, page visited, timestamp) may be retained by our hosting infrastructure.

We use the information you submit exclusively to:

• Respond to your inquiry and initiate a business engagement if appropriate;
• Send you a confirmation that your submission was received;
• Fulfil any service or advisory engagement you enter into with us.

Contact form submissions are processed through Resend (resend.com), a transactional email service. Your submitted data (name, organisation, email, message) is transmitted to Resend’s servers solely for the purpose of delivering the notification email to us and the confirmation email to you. Resend’s privacy policy is available at resend.com/privacy.

We retain inquiry emails in our inbox for as long as the business relationship or potential engagement warrants. You may request deletion of your data at any time by emailing hello@vpsd.tech with the subject line “Data Deletion Request”. We will action the request within 14 business days.

This website is served over HTTPS. Submitted form data is transmitted over encrypted connections. We apply security-first engineering practices to all systems we operate, consistent with the advisory services we provide to clients.

Under applicable law (including Vietnam’s Decree 13/2023/ND-CP on personal data protection), you have the right to:

• Know what personal data we hold about you;
• Request correction of inaccurate data;
• Request deletion of your data;
• Withdraw consent for processing (where processing is based on consent).
